The purpose of the Science program in the Moorestown Township Public Schools is to create scientifically literate students who possess the knowledge and understanding of scientific concepts and processes required for personal decision-making, participation in civic and cultural affairs, and economic productivity.

 

Using the New Jersey Core Curriculum content standards as a guide, courses are designed to engage students in science experiences that promote the ability to ask, find, or determine answers to questions derived from natural curiosity about everyday things and occurrences.
